I have a small dog (hypo-allergenic) & a cat (both friendly) so unable to take any other pets. 10miles to Portsmouth, Southampton & Winchester. A bus stop is 1 minute walk to Fareham or Winchester & direct trains to London from Hedge end just 4 miles away. I work from home so broadband is good. Looking for a friendly person with a good employment history- smoking outside is ok & house guests with advance notice. I’m quite houseproud so someone who is clean & tidy is a must. Will do Mon - Fri let £450 per month & short term considered - minimum 2 weeks
