The monthly rent is just £1195 and then all bills included for an additional £300 a month being of council tax, tv, water, electric ,heating, internet. we can do part furnished or unfurnished. Fabulous place. 20 min walk to Bishop Waltham bus stop, 3 miles to Botley rail station. We are not interested in deposits but will want a reference.
