Plenty of Visitor parking, bike shed and storage in Flat.
Room comes with large chest of drawers and wardrobe, TV if required.
Flower and herb/salad filled balcony.
Flat is open plan kitchen/diner/lounge decorated in vintage/unique decor.
All newly decorated throughout.
Looking for a single (no couples) professional, vegetarian/vegan.
The flat is not suitable for pets.
Deposit - 6 week's rent and month in advance.
