Fully furnished spacious double room in 2 bed first floor flat, sharing with live-in landlord. Located on the edge of Bishopstoke/Eastleigh.
The large bedroom has a double bed with space underneath to store things, bedside tables and a wardrobe. There is space for a desk and chair if you wish to bring this with you. The window is west-facing so you have the afternoon sun and a sunset view.
The living and dining room are open plan with entrance from living room to the kitchen area. The kitchen is well-equipped and you will have your own freezer area and cupboard space.
Close to Eastleigh train station and 5/10 min drive from the motorway. (M3/M27)
There is private parking but is restricted to tenants but on-street parking for tenants/visitors if full. It’s 15/20mins walk to Eastleigh train/bus station, and there is a local Premier shop & Tesco local about 6-8 mins walk away.
I don’t have a tv license as I don’t watch live tv but all other bills are included such as council tax, wifi etc.
House is usually pretty quiet. I am a clean and tidy person and looking for similar.
