Close to Eastleigh train station and 5/10 min drive from the motorway. (M3/M27)

Shared bathroom with 1 other person.

Private car park and on-street parking if full.

Shared living room although no terrestrial TV available and full use of kitchen.

House is usually pretty quiet. Clean and tidy person and looking for similar.
