Beautiful farmhouse - Double bedroom and office

I am looking for a friendly female, who is a young professional. You would have a double bedroom, which is on the ground floor with a beautiful working fireplace as well as have a second room (which could just about fit a double bed) for an office space or whatever you would want to do with it. I am looking for someone who is tidy and quiet. The place has a large living room, a kitchen, 3 rooms (two of which would be yours) and a bathroom. There is private parking out the back of the house and a shed for some storage. Nearby is Stoke Park Woods and beautiful rivers.

The price I have put includes all bills, council tax, wifi etc for the place.

I have furnished a lot of the kitchen and living room, some furniture will need to go with my friend, so there may a few bits that we could sort together if you would like to or space for your furniture. I am more than happy to send pictures of what it looks like now.
