I have two lovely 2x double bedrooms (one with its private basin and WC) available in my amazing three-storey cottage.

Over this year one of the rooms have been rented for a couple for short-term period, the same room suited a single lady with two small dogs too.

If only one of the room is rented, exclusive use of the whole cottage from Sunday evenings to Friday afternoons, period which the landlady is away.

Driveway for two cars. In addition, use of patio and small back garden.

5 min drive from Eastleigh train station.
7 miles from Winchester City Centre.

Great location for the New Forest, Dorset, Isle of Wight and Southampton.

Viewings available until Saturday, 4th Jan 2025. After that, only over weekends.
