There is sole access to a twin electric hob in the kitchenette which plugs into the sockets or we suggest an air fryer be used by the lodger.
ALL household bills are included in the rent included FAST broadband and Council tax. Small pets i. e. a cat or a dog may be accepted (subject to approval). Please note the landlord has a small Bichon frise dog, he is very quiet and friendly.
