A single room in a large detached house. There is a fitted wardrobe and bedside table. The bathroom/toilet would be shared. The kitchen and lounge would also be shared. This would suit a professional working a distance away from home or someone who requires walking distance to bus routes or the local train station to the center of Southampton. There is a parking space on the road outside the house. If required there would be room to house a motor bike in the garage.
There would be access to the garden and if desired the outside hot tub!
I have a Westhighland Terrier dog who is very friendly.
A professional, non smoker, who will respect my home and the things in it would be ideal.
