I have avaliable a spare room to rent in my house. The house will be mostly unoccupied, I work shift so am often not there at night or during the day. I do however have two children aged 11 and 8 who stay with me twice a week so you would have to be ok with this. You will have full use of the house and everything in it. Friends can come over etc. Room will be unfurnished for now as I'm not currently living there.
