House share with one person

I'm looking to house share with another person. This means you'll have access to lounge, kitchen, conservatory, dinning room, a good sized shared bathroom and the large garden. Basically the whole house and your bedroom!
It's a cute two bed house very close to the river and park - a great location for walks, running or biking! The garden has a patio and parking is on the road. ( It's easy to park.)
I'm fairly quiet, clean and easy going.
Saying that, I'm sociable and friendly but also quite happy in my own company. I'm looking for somebody who is clean, tidy and easy to get on with too.
Minimum 6 months.
