The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine as well as a new boiler. The main bathroom is downstairs and has a bath with a shower.

The house is clean and tidy.

There is free, unrestricted on street parking. It is situated on a quiet residential road.

I am a keen gardener and there are two patios in the garden, one with a built in brick BBQ. There is a locked shed at the end of garden which can be used for storing bikes etc and side access to the garden via a locked gate.

The house has excellent bus links (see map in photos).

The house is a 3 bedroom Victorian semi and has easy access to the M27 (5 min), M3 (10 min) and Southampton City Centre (10 min).

I live with my children aged 4 and 8.
