Looking for a family home / host family then we welcome you. A Converted utility room , insulated and central heating , with own downstairs closet bathroom (sink and toilet) own side door access and use of big kitchen , front room and upstairs bathroom.
I live with my partner, two children and 3 dogs which are 2 pugs and a french bulldog
Ideal tenant would be someone who enjoys a family setting , but applicants just looking for there own space would be fine also. All bills included and I am happy to help out where I can. Room has plenty of storage with draws and a space saver wardrobe and it has recently housed an Italian student for one year during her studies and she was extremely happy living with us
