double room, all bills including, brand new carpet, parking, very clean, shower& bath, shared living room, washing machine, £500 per month , and £500 deposit (will get deposit back if and when you move out) room can come with or without a bed, no pets, smoker allowed but will have to smoke outside building, WiFi include, if your interested give me a message and arrange a view/ meet for coffee and talk, also please note the room is currently painting pink this will be painted back to a white colour or room can be painted/decorated to your liking :)
