Light, airy, double room in Bitterne Park

Fully furnished light and airy double room with storage space in friendly home. Share bathroom (additional downstairs toilet). Garden, bike shed, WiFi and all bills included.

Room been recently redecorated. New kitchen has also fitted. Photos will be updated ASAP!

The house is fully centrally heated and has open fire. Shared use of large kitchen/diner with everything you would expect to find.

You will be sharing with myself and 29 year old female lodger. My 26 year old son and 23 year old daughter stay once a week usually.

This is a pescatarian household. To clarify we are ok with pre-cooked cold meat/ready meal type meats. Each to their own :-). No cooking of raw meat please!

Great area of the city with real community vibe. The lovely Riverside Park with tennis court, football and cricket pitches and skatepark is 3 minutes walk and gives access out of city via The Itchen Way.
Local shops 5-10 minutes walk (Tesco, Morrisons, micro-pub, bakery, organic shop, hairdressers, restaurants, takeaways).
Transport links- 10 minute drive to junction 5, M27 and Southampton Parkway airport and train station. 10 minutes walk to Bitterne train station, 15 minutes to St Denys. Lots of buses within 5 minutes walk. City Centre and both Southampton and Solent universities 15-20 minutes bike ride. General Hospital 25 minutes cycle.
