Broadband is super fast and reliable - up to 500mg.

The other 2 rooms are let to professionals, who are both absolutely lovely. One has lived there for nearly 6 years and one for 4.5 years.

The flat has a very friendly and laid back vibe.

The location is superb - it is actually above a row of shops on Bitterne precinct, that has Sainsbury’s, Pure Gym, Dominos etc within a few hundred yards.

It is £825 per month, so £1,650 including the deposit to get the keys.
