It is a three-bed house with parking available on both the drive and roadside, and has both a front and back garden. It has a shared bathroom, downstairs w. c., kitchen and living room.

Location:
The house is on a quiet, water facing residential road, which is a short walk from Bitterne train station, or about a 10 minute drive or 20 minute bus journey away from Southampton central.

Rent:
Rent is £350 per calendar month payable in advance, plus bills and council tax. Council tax will be split evenly amongst those at the house.

Bills:
these are split evenly amongst those in the house, and typically are c£70 per month. These include a parking permit, water, gas, electricity, and high speed internet.

Deposit: £350, being one month’s rent.

Ideal Tenant:
This house is ideal for a young professional or mature student, in their twenties (like me), who values a tidy home. Ideally looking for someone for a minimum of 6 months.
