Large Single Furnished Room in Quiet Home

We have a large well-lit room in our home, quiet household, share bath/shower room with one other(student) .Use of garden allowed. This room is spacious and comfortable ,includes double wardrobe, large and small chests of drawers, 3ft bed, towels and bed linen supplied, easy chair and small table with two chairs for dining with friend; -all this and still plenty of floor space!! Clean and tidy household, kitchen is large and well equipped with dining area .No lounge. Please note, we like to retire at a respectable hour ! 11pm ish, but you would have your own key, Wi-fi and broadband available .On street parking only (quiet area).Five minute walk to major bus routes, approximately 10 minutes or less to city centre. Close to M3/ M27 access .All bills included except food, if required ,may be possible to provide meals at minimal cost. We could e-mail you photos if you wish. Mary & Mike
