Don't have enough space to add pictures of garden, kitchen lounge, other reception room, or other single room and other loft single room. Large house, with garden and sheds. Bus stop literally on door step, a park and river just a walk down the road, a shop and pub around the corner. Great location and great space, house has wifi, sky tv and Central heating!
No preference on age, gender, sexual orientation or nationality. I am 25, lesbian, and work during the day and a few nights too, I have pets so it is crucial the person/people moving in like animals and not just tolerate them. The house is huge with plenty of rooms but not looking to rent them all out as it's nice to have space. Couples are welcome too, in that case the large double room will come available for £475, and the small double £425 otherwise the small double is £350 for one person and the single £300. Deposits for both rooms are £250 unless a couple then it's £350.
