Double room to let in professional household

We have a double room to let in a 2 bed end terrace house in Harefield. You would be living with a couple who are also the live in landlords. The room is fully furnished with plenty of storage, a communal bathroom and there is on road parking (no permits required). Wifi and all bills are included.
 We have 2 cats so it's important the applicant likes pets.

We are
looking for a professional, non-smoker, single occupant.

5 min drive from junction 7 and Hedge End shops. Local supermarket and other amenities are within 10 min walk. 10 min drive to Soton City Center.
