The house is located close to the train station, bus stops and convenience stores all within less than a minute walk. Available room is facing garden area with the view on town centre and even Southampton University!

We keep our house clean and tidy. Kitchen has usual amenities such as washing machine and large fridge/freezer. We also have common lounge with dining area and sofa to relax on. Our bathroom has been recently renovated, and it has electric shower over large bath, my favourite :)

All of the rooms have door locks fitted. Available room is furnished with a single bed and fitted wardrobe only so there is space for some of your furniture if you want to bring it with you.

You would be sharing with 2 other girls, both just over 30's and in full time employment. The rent is only £370 per month and it includes the bills.
