Double room available 11'6" x 11'6". Smart TV and comfortable chair in room. Ideal for refinery contractor. Room is West facing at the back of the house so very quiet. Room will be cleaned and bedding changes weekly.
The house is clean and quiet so I'm looking for a proffessional lodger who also appreciates this. Bathroom shared with myself. Use of kitchen, dining room, washing machine, off road parking.
Tesco Express, Sainsbury Local, fish and chips all a couple of minutes walk. Forest 10 mins round the corner and Lepe / Calshot beaches a couple of miles away. All bills included.
