The house is clean and quiet so I'm looking for a proffessional lodger who also appreciates this. Bathroom shared with myself. Use of kitchen, washing machine, off road parking.
Tesco Express, Sainsbury Local, fish and chips all a couple of minutes walk. Forest 10 mins round the corner and Lepe / Calshot beaches a couple of miles away. All bills included.
