En-Suite Room Available (Fawley Contractors)

We have a room available for rent for those working in Fawley Refinery. It’s a 5-10 minute drive from the refinery, depending which gate you’re on, and is located just off the forest. Unfortunately, there’s no off road parking provided, but we’re on a very quiet road where we’ve had no problems for previous tenants. The room includes a King Size bed, TV with Surround Sound and a Small private En-Suite. You may also have use of the kitchen to make dinner, with your own Fridge / Freezer, but must be clean and wash up after yourself if you do wish to cook. We’re looking for someone that will be quiet and respectful, that is okay with animals as there’s a very friendly Labrador living in the property. Rent to be paid on day of arrival, and then each week from that date for as long as you wish to stay, including weeks you’re away if you would like to keep the room secure. We do ask you to provide us with one week notice, as we’d do in return should the room become unavailable. Any further questions, feel free to ask.
