Double bedroom, own bathroom and living room

Double bedroom in four bedroom house with only one current occupier. Only one lodger will be considered. The other 2 spare rooms will remain unoccupied. Rental of those by the lodger for visiting guests or a private work space would be considered.

There is a second living room (sofa, arm chair, dining table and large TV) which would be for the sole use of the lodger.

Smoking in the garden is fine but not in the house.

Working from home or bringing a pet is acceptable but will attract an additional fee.

IMPORTANT: the house is on the market, so this is for short term use only. House sale is expected to take 4-6 months.

Weekday only available at a reduced rate. Bedroom and bathroom only also considered at a reduced rate.
