THE HOUSE and AREA
The house is located in a quiet residential area in Botley. It has a village feel where residents walk their dogs and stop and chat to each other. It is a modern town house with a small rear patio area with shrubs and flowers. On the front side there is a lawn with plenty of street parking (no permit required).

-5 minute drive to Botley station (1 mile).
-5 minute drive to Hedge End with access to all major outlet stores.
-15 minute commute to Whiteley Business Parks and 20 minutes to Fareham.
-25 minutes/15 miles to Portsmouth
-Walking distance to Botley High Street village with restaurants and local shops.
-Convenient for access for M27 motorway.
-Close to local employers including Maypole Care Home, Babcock, Botley Grange Business Park and NATS in Swanwick.

ALL bills are included. You simply make one payment each month. There is Virgin Media Super Fast wifi (384MB)

WHY DO YOU NOT CHARGE A DEPOSIT?
We are a throwback to how business was done many years ago, and place tremendous faith and trust in our customers (tenants) to look after the place and pay the rent on time. Property is a people's business after all and our vision is to cultivate strong working relationships.

Agents and landlords are no longer permitted to charge admin fees. We stopped doing this over a year ago. We also go one step further and do not charge for a deposit. We understand that in this day and age, some folks are unable to stump up close to a thousand pounds before they can move in and some people do live month to month.
