Professional Lodger for King Room

I am seeking a lodger for my beautiful home in Bramley. It is a village location and benefits from a short walk to the station with direct links into Basingstoke or Reading (onwards to London) and close to AWE. The village has a pub, bakery and lots of lovely walks.

The house is 3 bedroom, a shared kitchen and living room with a garden.

The room I am looking to rent is furnished with a king bed size, with matching furniture (wardrobe, draws) and lovely views into the garden with alot of daylight. The bathroom is on the same floor, and you will have exclusive use of these facilities.

From time to time I may bring my partner or my English Springer Spaniel puppy may be home.

There is on street parking. It does have a car port and when I’m not there more than welcome to use.

I love to ski, sail and horse ride. Seeking someone you enjoys cooking, respectful and will keep the space tidy and treat like their own home.
