I have a double room available to rent in a lovely 3 bed house, located in a quiet area of Peel Common ,Room furnished with double bed and built in wardrobe. Good parking available. New kitchen. Internet facilities available, All bills except phone included. I am looking for a mature and responsible person, either professional or mature student. Must like Cats. Close to shops & bus route if needed. Room now available as from Apr 2012.

Smokers are welcome but will have to smoke in the garden.
