The friendly house has a well equipped kitchen, large lounge, conservatory used as a dining room, laundry room and garden. Fibre broadband recently connected which has proved reliable and fast.

Communal areas are cleaned regularly. Car parking and bike parking space included.

This sunny room has a new carpet and new mattress on the double bed. The room and bathroom were repainted in 2024. There is also a wardrobe, desk (fibre broadband internet for working from home) and chest of drawers.
