Looking for a professional lady to share bungalow

I am looking for a professional lady to share my bungalow in a secluded area of Brockenhurst, situated in the New Forest, Hampshire. I would prefer a female as I am a single female living alone. References will be required.

Your double bedroom has it's own En suite with double shower, toilet and basin. Gas central heating. It overlooks the large garden at the rear of the property.
There is room for parking, if required and all bills are included.

Successful applicant will be responsible for their own room tax.

The town centre is a 10 minute walk away and the
Brockenhurst Main line Station is a 15 minute walk. Bournemouth & Southampton stations approximately 17 mins by fast train. Southampton approximately 35-40 mins by car. London - Waterloo taking 90 mins.

Please note: I do have three friendly miniature Schnauzers and a rescue spaniel.
