Large furnished room, sole use of main bathroom

Large furnished room (with comfy superking bed, desk and office chair).

Live-in landlady with two large friendly dogs. You need to be animal-friendly please - I love my dogs and expect my lodgers to be kind to them.

I'm a non-smoker. I don't have a problem if you're a smoker as long as you keep your smoking outside please.

You will have sole use of the main bathroom - which has been luxuriously renovated with jacuzzi bath and large separate shower cubicle. (I have my own en-suite).

I'm friendly and relaxed but not looking to entertain someone as I'm already very busy - so if you're looking for companionship from your living arrangement please do consider other adverts instead of this one.

Happy to consider Mon-Fri or full-time lodgers. Very happy to be flexible re short-term stays to accommodate people who are perhaps between more long-term options!
