Double room for rent in Bursledoon Green.

Hi my name is Michael,

I'm looking for a housemate who shares similar interests to me and is clean and tidy! I don't mind doing the odd shared meal or going for a drink in the pub but I tend to keep myself to myself!

I have a double room for rent in my two bed terraced house. I am the homeowner and subsequently will be a "live in landlord". That being said I am usually off adventuring somewhere so you'll have the run of the place for a fair amount of time! The bathroom, kitchen and living room is shared, but always clean and tidy!

The house has a landscaped garden with a BBQ and a good size shed for storage which you are more than welcome to share with me.

The house is 2 mins from J8 of the M27 and 5 minutes walk to the. big Tesco. There is off road parking and a good local cycle network if you fancy going green! Bike storage is MORE than welcome :)))

Rent is £450 pcm inc all bills (and Netflix :P)
