Double Room to rent with parking

Hi everyone the room is available with king size tv bed In double room , Bran new bedding also provided . If you want an extra sky box it will be extra to install ,one off payment . Shared bathroom with rainfall shower and bath tub, with only me ,own cupboard space in bathroom .Lounge kitchen and conservatory . Parking space in front of the house sunny south facing garden . Close to
train station and shops
Washing machine , tumble , dryer, dish washer . You get a fridge freezer to your self , cooker available and microwave use .
Because of Covid I have extra sanitiser and wipes , I also have tested negative .I would prefer professional person or student to rent the room . If you want a guest to stay it will be an extra £10 a night . I require £250 deposits in advance and £500 rent .
Must like jack Russel as she has the run of the house she’s 11 years old but really cute .
This is a quiet and very peaceful col- de -sac .There is walking distance to the nearest pub and less than a ten minute drive to a big superstore farm shop ,also 15 minutes to the beautiful Queen Victoria country park .
