We are pleased to offer this wonderful bedroom in the brand new house-share in Bursledon.

There are 4 bedrooms in total and we have one last bedroom available to move in from August.

The house has been newly refurbished and has a new bathroom and carpets. The furniture is also new including a new mattress.

As one of the rooms benefits from an en-suite bathroom, you would share the bathroom with only 2 other housemates.

There is a shared living and dining room with TV and Netflix.

The house and the kitchen have been fully equipped with everything that you need.

There is a garden at the back of the house and plenty of free parking.

All bills are included in the rent.

We are looking for professionals who want to live in a clean, quiet house and who are respectful towards other housemates.
