Tenancy Takeover

Good Evening,

I’m looking for someone to take over the rest of my tenancy agreement for this room. I’m trying to move because of work commitments, which currently cost me too much per week in late night public transport.

The room is in a nice two bed flat, with bathroom, kitchen & living room. Living room is large and spacious, flat comes with washing machine & tumble dryer.

You would be moving in and arranging rent with the other tenant. He’s a medical practitioner, works full time but is a social guy who enjoys keeping fit & active.

I’d be looking for someone to take over in last week of August, rent for this period is already covered so would just need the rent for September & Deposit to pass on.
