Newly furnished room in 3 bedroom house in Bursledon. Location is next to main bus stop for main routes between Southampton and Portsmouth. Bursledon train station is a 15 min walk away. Door has own lock and key.
The house has a lounge with two TVs. Professional cleaner comes weekly, you’d just need to lock your door if you don’t wish for it to be cleaned. I have 1 very affectionate cat who does not have a litter tray inside the house. The room has space for a desk or drawer unit which I can supply if needed. All bills and council tax included.
