Room for rent

A double room to rent with built in wardrobe in a house in Bursledon. The house is a 4 bedroom home with lounge diner, bathroom and good size kitchen which has recently been renovated.

I live here with one other lodger at the moment and are looking to rent out the 3rd room.
The house has a driveway and garage and street parking is always available. It's a relatively quiet area with good access to the motorway and supermarket.

I am looking for a easy going housemate who is clean, tidy, happy and friendly.

I am easy going guy, who has always house shared and would like someone who is similar to me in the sense they like having people around but also likes to have my own space too.
