You will have your own entrance, I'm also including a small extra double room (opposite your main room). This could be used as a dressing room or an office. You'll have sole use of your own bathroom as pictured. The only shared room is the large kitchen.

The house is big, with just me living at the other end, I do have cats, so sorry no other cats, nor dogs I'm afraid.

I can also accommodate horses for going rate livery charges and other pets depending.

The property is a small holding with a few horses on site already.

Preference ideally for someone who loves horses.

Riding is available in return for helping out with the horses. Forest hacking very close by.

Council tax band F - the only extra bill is the extra council tax.
