1 Double Room

My partner and I live together in a spacious three-bedroom house, just the two of us, and we’re looking to rent out our spare double room. (I’ve added pictures of us both to the listing)

We’re both friendly, easy going people who enjoy socialising and meeting new people. We want our housemate to feel comfortable, welcome and at home from day one.

The room is a decent sized double and comes furnished with a double bed (with under-bed storage), a TV, and a bedside cabinet. There’s also plenty of space if you’d like to add your own furniture or personal touches.

As we don’t use the room ourselves, we thought it would be great to offer it to someone who’s looking for a comfortable place to call home.

Our home has a good sized garden, lounge, dining room and kitchen, so there’s plenty of shared living space. We also have free parking directly outside the house, as well as lots of additional on street parking nearby.

From time to time, we look after a family dog, so we’re ideally looking for someone who doesn’t mind having a dog around occasionally.

We’re very tidy, take pride in our home, and are looking for someone who’ll do the same. We don’t mind whether you’re male or female, what matters most is that we’re a good fit and get along well.

Wi-Fi is included.

More than anything, we’re hoping to find someone who’s not just a housemate, but someone we can enjoy living with and who feels at home here. If you’re looking for a friendly, relaxed household, we’d love to hear from you!
