Double room for single occupancy with en-suite in a beautiful home. Situated in a quiet area & close to motorway links and local shops. All bills included. No extra costs. Room and en-suite has underfloor heating controlled within the room. En-suite includes bath, shower, toilet and basin. Safe parking at front of property. Easy going live in landlords and occasional visits from our two grandchildren. We are looking for someone clean and tidy, and in full time employment.
