The Vibe & Location
Welcome to our comfortable, warm home nestled in a beautiful, leafy part of Chandler's Ford! The location is fantastic—we are super close to the M3, making it incredibly easy to get to Winchester, Southampton, and the stunning New Forest for weekend adventures.

Who You Will Be Living With
You will be sharing the house with two easygoing, cooperative people and one very special furry friend!

I am the live-in landlady—a very active 60-year-old who loves deep, authentic conversations, staying fit with swimming and walking, watching movies, travelling, cooking and eating healthy. I travel abroad for work for long periods (1-3 months at a time) and I won't be home that often.

Your other lovely housemate is a 42-year-old woman who works at Waitrose. She is friendly, organised, cooperative, and a joy to live with.

We also share our home with Cancan, our wonderful cat who genuinely believes he is a dog! He adds a huge amount of character and warmth to the house.

My daughter runs her art studio from the house! She is a warm and vibrant artist who teaches at Royal Drawing School and works at Hampshire Cultural Trust. She also teaches on some of the weekdays evenings for 1-2 hours and on Sundays for 5 hours. They are a quiet bunch but It brings a lovely, creative buzz to the house.

What We Are Looking For
We love having a positive, energetic atmosphere at home. Because our space is our sanctuary, We are naturally clean and tidy people, and we expect our new lodger to value and look after the shared spaces in the exact same way. We enjoy a good chat and a shared laugh, but we also completely respect each other's independence and downtime.

Room Details & Terms

The Room: Comfortable, ground floor with french door opening to the garden available for £195 per week. Room has underfloor heating throughout. The current bed can be extended to a double bed if you prefer.

Availability: now, min 3 months. Depending on how we get on you can extend your stay.
