Beautiful EnSuite room in nice home great location

I have a room in my home available, it’s fully furnished and has a lovely En Suite with a roll top bath, with a shower handset. The room has a comfortable double bed, space to hang clothes, and a dressing table.

The house has all the mod cons from WiFi to coffee machine, smoothie makers, fully functional kitchen, etc.

Liking animals is imperative as I have cats and dogs and want both you, I and them to be happy living together, they’re all friendly and love a fuss and I hope this comes as a benefit to living here. I would love to find someone who fits in well and enjoys the home. I’m sociable and happy to natter, but equally happy to relax alone. I run a business from home and I am therefore home much of the time. I come and go in the evenings as I attend classes and see friends.

Would suit professional person, proximity to both motorway and public transport is excellent. All bills included.
