A single ground floor room is available to rent in a quiet residential area of VALLEY PARK in CHANDLERS FORD, EASTLEIGH near Knightwood school.
The room is close to shower, kitchen and front door.
We have another spare room on the Second floor. This is a loft conversion room with a double bed. This room is currently not available.
We are a family of 4 with teenage children. Our family bedrooms are on the First floor.
Living room & dining room are unfortunately NOT shared. Kitchen and bathrooms are shared.
Rent includes broadband/wifi and all bills plus council tax. Nearby Street Parking and storage space for bicycle are available.
As a very busy family and we are out and about a lot. We have very limited time to socialise with our lodgers so we expect them to be independent.
We would like our lodger to keep his/her room clean & tidy, to keep shared areas clean & tidy and to have a high level of personal hygiene.
