Double Room In Modern House For Midweek Rental

I have a double room to rent in my Modern Town House.
The room has a small double bed, chest of drawers, dressing table/desk, clothes rail and TV. There is an adjoining bathroom which you will mostly have sole use of, apart from the odd days when my son is home.
There is an allocated parking space, within 5 minute walking distance of bus stop and train station.
All bills included, Wifi and TV arial in room and free UK landline phone calls.
I am a health care professional and live mostly on my own with my son popping back for odd days.
Would be ideal for a quiet professional person or student who needs accommodation during the week.
