The room is a good size, with a built in double wardrobe, a bookcase, a desk, and a chest of draws. It also has blackout blinds for those Sunday lay ins. Could do with a few pictures on the wall, if you want to put your stamp on it.
£450 a month, bills included. I’ll even chuck in my Netflix password. I don’t have a tv license, though, so if you consider the Mitchel boys and their shenanigans essential viewing, you will need to get one.
