The house is owned by myself . I am 44 yrs old . I live with my 7 yr Son it’s just us two . I have reduced going rate of a room as will also need the tenant to be in house from 5.45am - 7am every Weds & Friday morning . This is for my Son who will be asleep while I go to exercise class . He does not need anything doing for him . The tenant can still be in bed .
