Looking for a housemate for the two bed, two bathroom house I live in, in Chilworth. Great location, feels rural but only 10 minutes drive from the centre of Southampton. The room for rent is a large double (currently furnished with a single bed), it’s got a private en-suite bathroom with shower, new carpets, and furniture (if you would like it). There’s an open plan sitting room/kitchen with skylight window and French doors on to the decking area. There’s a parking space outside on the driveway. It's a gated house and very safe. The landlord lives in the main house next to the Lodge and is very accommodating. I have a small dog, and another small dog/cat might be allowed. Long term or short term rent.
