Double room available in shared flat in a very quiet area of Chineham near to Hampshire Court Hotel, Tesco Superstore and other amenities. Shared bathroom with bath and shower. Shared kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, air fryer and large washing machine. Shared lounge with large TV and cinema sound. No Sky or BT TV at the moment, but happy to share costs if wanted. Rent is £600 plus bills, so £750-£800 approximately per calendar month inclusive of council tax based on current costs. There is no bed in the room at the moment, but this could easily be organised if you aren't bringing one. It would suit a professional person who likes to live in a clean and pleasant environment. I like to cook, watch films and listen to music and I'm very flexible around use of the shared areas if you have a particular routine or other requirements. Parking is on road, or there is a private space allocated for the flat if you would prefer.
