Bedroom overlooking garden includes: double bed, 26" wall mounted tv, shelves, full length mirror. Theres lots of wardrobe space in the dressing room but a double wardrobe can be put in the room if requested.

Sky + and unlimited broadband included.

I'm told some rooms to rent are for the room only... ive had lodgers before and we've always shared communal areas too.

Plenty of parking available.

Lovely quiet area.

2 mins walk to bus stop, 5 mins walk to local gym, 10-15 mins walk to local shops.

I work shifts so work different days and hours every week and like to visit friends on free evenings.

Bills are included.

I will consider mon - fri lets too.
