Single Room in social houseshare with hot tub!

We currently have a single room available in our large 4 bedroom detached house near Chineham/Sherborne st John (10 mins from town + train station)

I am a live in landlord, however everybody shares all living spaces and we all help each other out. Its a very social houseshare and we are looking for someone who wants to meet new people, have fun and chip in.

We also have dogs, very well trained and absolutely adorable! Obviously we need someone who is ok with the dogs, and is trustworthy with them.

We have one room available which is a standard sized single room. It comes with a single bed, single wardrobe and small bed side table, cream carpet and cream walls. The room also comes with a 21 flat screen TV. The room would suit someone that doesn't have too much stuff, that wants to live in a great place/house share, but is happy with a single/smaller room for a much cheaper rate than the doubles.

We have 2 upstairs bathrooms, one with shower, the other with Bath/Shower, a large open planned lounge/kitchen, utility area with washing machine, 3 fridges, 2 freezers, outside commercial fridge for storage. We also have a large shed for storage, and a car port. We also have a fantastic table football table, Xbox, PS4, Wii, 60" TV in the living room (with full sky TV) with surround sound, and a new state of the art hot tub in the garden (there is always someone in there!) with music system. There is also ample parking.

We all work full time in the week, so were social but quiet! Sometimes at weekends we all go out, other times people occupy themselves and do there own things.

We are looking for someone who is social, easygoing who wants to join in the fun, but who also wants to live in a truly shared in environment. Its a really good fun place to live.
