Good sized double in spacious house

I live in a 3 bed house in Clanfield and am looking for someone laid back fun and considerate to rent a spare room. The room is a good sized double and is furnished. It's on the southern side of the house with a big window so is light and airy. I've just redecorated it (new paint, carpet, curtains and furniture). The house has plenty of room and the third bedroom can be used for storage if needed, as well as the loft. It's got a garage and driveway with plenty of parking. Have a nice south facing garden which is great in the summer.

Bit about me: 33 professional, easy going and am clean and tidy but not a neatness freak. Into watersports so there can be bits of equipment lying round the house but it's usually packed away.

Open to either a girl or guy moving in.

Looking for £100 a week including utility bills.
