My property is in an ideal location in the beautiful outskirts of Winchester. If you like peace and quiet but also great access to Winchester Centre and also Southampton then this is the place for you.

There are several options easiest being a 5 minute drive to south park and ride. Alternatively the Bus which take 17 minutes with stops to centre winchester and stops not far from my property.

I am easy going clean and respectful person and tend to get along with absolutely everyone. I’m a contracts manager in construction but my passion is dogs and the outdoors.

The room will be furnished including new bedding. Open plan wardrobe, desk and also a brand new smart Tv. Shelving, storage and desk.

I have a 2 year old Beagle.
So dog lovers would be ideal!
He is at Doggy daycare 2/3 days a week from 8 am till 6pm and i’m out with him 2/3 evenings a week. And for long walks on the weekends. So anyone taking the room would get more than enough space to themselves. He’s fully house trained loves a cuddle and occasionally steals socks so beware haha
